Prepare the Item
Carefully repackage the product in its original shipping materials, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and tags are included.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from our portal and secure it to the outside of the box, removing any old labels.
Drop Off and Refund
Deliver the package to your nearest authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
